| Custom Fab & Finishing specializes in fabrication of medium and heavy gauge sheet steel components. The company has produced prototypes, individual parts or complete finished products for a variety of satisfied customers. Custom Fab & Finishing is staffed with experienced, production and quality control personnel. All welders are certified to D1. 1 and D1.3 American Welding Society (AWS) codes. The facility is fully equipped for shearing, forming, drilling, plasma cutting, welding, finishing and powder coating operations. Custom Fab can work with hot or cold rolled steel and various other metals. The powder coat paint line is capable of handling components up to 4' wide x 8' high x 40' long. The company offers a variety of paint choices including hybrids, polyesters, urethanes, corrosion resistant and chemical resistant. High, medium or low gloss finishes and a variety of textures are available for both interior and exterior applications. Custom Fab & Finishing has the capability to increase the standard salt spray rating of 500 hours to 6,000 hours.
